I love turning complexity into lightness, to help make possible futures a reality. My contribution to HR Intelligence is to bridge the gap between vision and pragmatism through a multidisciplinary lens. The goal is to guide change by “connecting the dots” between people and strategy—much like connecting bricks (I’m a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator)—to measure real impact and foster development that is genuinely sustainable.

My journey so far reflects this cross-pollination: at HR Intelligence, I help nurture it through research activities and by contributing to HR Tech projects.

We take a multidisciplinary approach to developing our solutions. That is why our team includes experienced professionals in organisational development, coaching, Design Thinking, Behavioural Economics, Philosophy, Data Science, Digital Transformation, Marketing and Product Development.

Only when everyone plays their part at the highest level great results can be achieved. Now more than ever, success depends on the ability to think fast, to deal with adversity, to seize opportunities and to organise one's work to achieve goals.

We like to broaden perspective and vision, connect the dots, ask questions others don't ask, integrate viewpoints, and see with different eyes. We work by valuing different perspectives in order to respond to new challenges with innovative solutions. We share curiosity, a search for effective solutions and a practical sense.
