How we measure: the process in four steps

Kick-off & Assessment

Alignment on objectives, scope, and ways of working. We launch the Assessment to collect bottom-up evidence on the daily job and ways of working (activities, time allocation, tools and usage patterns, capability), processes (time spent, supporting tools, and automation opportunities), and digital attitude (propensity/bias towards new digital tools and learning preferences).

Workshop 1 — Daily job

A guided debrief of the Assessment results and prioritisation of actions on quick wins in everyday work. Identification of a potential pilot team to start with, in order to gather evidence that informs the roadmap, adoption strategy, and a progressive, scalable rollout.

Workshop 2 — Processes

Based on the Assessment evidence, we identify priority interventions on processes (automation and/or AI support) and engage the relevant process owners. We define the business opportunity and carry out an initial qualification of business cases and potential MVPs.

Workshop 3 — Adoption strategy

Definition of the most effective adoption strategy, grounded in the Assessment evidence, the pilot team experience, and organisational specifics. Development of an operational roadmap, with engagement mechanisms and KPI monitoring, so adoption can be measured over time.
